Yummy and easy to make. However, the glaze ingredients/instructions listed here seem very off. My tips: 1. The proportion of liquid to icing sugar listed in the ingredients here will not give you a glaze -- more like a dry mess. And, the amount of almond extract used is WAY too high, makes the glaze taste sharp and bitter. I skipped the milk and made a simple glaze using water, icing sugar and just a small splash of almond extract, and it turned out much better. 2. Do not follow the instruction to glaze the cookies while still warm. The glaze will melt and pool in the center of each cookie, not a very appealing look. I waited a good hour for the cookies to cool before glazing. And, I avoided the centers while glazing to avoid pooling - just glazed the dough part.

Delicious! So easy to make and they turn out perfectly every time, way better than the ones Red Lobster serves. Be sure you add a sprinkle of garlic powder to the melted butter, it adds that extra something. I sprinkle mine with Italian seasoning before putting back in the oven.
