I have never made blueberry pie before, so I was nervous, plus I am trying to follow a gluten, dairy and sugar free diet - but this turned out amazing! I made gluten and dairy free pastry, and in the filling I used maple syrup instead of sugar. This is my new favourite dessert! Thank you!
