I made this and I really liked it. I never follow recipes to the letter, so I adjusted some but the recipe was a good starting point. I used vegetable broth to make my rice; I liked the added flavor. I used sesame oil to prepare my pork.

We liked it; leftovers next day tasted good too.

I liked the taste but I cooked my broccoli in the slow cooker, with the meat; I won’t do that again. I’ll make the beef again but will definitely cook broccoli separately. The meat was tender and flavorful.

I liked this; the flavor came out just like I wanted. Will definitely make again.

I’ve made these twice now; I’m in love. These apples are good. I’ll continue to use this as my go to recipe for baked apples.
