Turned out really well. Reduced the sugar and brown sugar. Used Grammy smith apples and added salt. The recipe did not state salted or unsalted butter. Used salted butter.Next time will reduce the sugar more or maybe not use both brown and white sugar.Tis a keeper.

Good recipe. Made the following modifications:Bread flourOlive oilGarlic powderOnion powderI let the dough rest for 10 mins. Placed the dough in an oiled cast iron skillet. Started on the stove top until the crust got some color. Cooked for recommended time.Added olive oil, fresh Parm, and fresh basil at the table.
