Caldo Verde (Portuguese Sausage Kale Soup)
I added 4 cloves of garlic. I love garlic. I couldn't find any Portuguese sausage so used chorizo and bacon instead. I like a thicker soup so I did use a 4th Potato. I think I would add a 5th and more kale. Lots of flavour and otherwise a hit
