I would use garlic salt with the parmesan cheese, maybe not the powder. This is my first time making this, and I’m a beginner. So take my thoughts with a grain of salt..The bread is good.

Left out nuts, and used confectioners sugar for the glaze, and it was delicious. Certainly a keeper. Made initial one with frozen high bush blueberries, but will make the next one with the more flavorful wild Maine blueberries from our blueberry field.
My wife loved it! She wanted a keto friendly bread that was not store bought. It is a keeper. Followed recipe, except used only 6 eggs. It was all I had. Worked great.
