Pretty much made as written but no cheese

The only thing I did different, is that I used coffee instead of water and a drop or two of green gel food coloring! Absolutely scrumptious!!

I didn't use the live pate, I made the mushroom duxelles spread over 12 slices of prosciutto . My first attempt and loved it
