It turned out okay. I made the recipe accordingly but I should have adjusted the amount due to I only had two trouts filet and not two whole trouts. It was a little bit to much lemon juice. I will definitely try and remake this dish. I will half the ingredients. Also I tried what the lady suggested about the skin, it did not work.

The cake was delicious. Follow the directions accordily. The cake was a hit. I made it for a food day at work and they love it. It was so GOOD that i had to make it again. The only diffence was the first time I made it on total electrial stove and the second time gas stove. Big Difference!! The cake didn't rise as high and it taste different. Total electrical is the way to go. GREAT RECIPE !!!
