I made a larger batch by adding:
3 cans of tuna (instead of 2)
1 can of Vegall - minus the carrots
1 small jar of sliced mushrooms
Italian seasoning
Salt and Pepper
I cooked it with the breadcrumb topping, and then lightly added Mild Cheddar Cheese when it finished cooking. If someone wants more cheddar, it will be on the table.
(I think it's a pretty good-looking dish)
