Oh my goodness, this is fabulous! I made myself a single serving using one ear of corn and a one zucchini and added two slices of bacon. It's like yummy, buttery corn on the cob without the mess!

I like this bread and it's a good way to use zucchini and bananas. I added two cups of zucchini and four small bananas. I was afraid this might explode in my oven with so much baking powder and soda because I'm at a high elevation, but it behaved itself. It did take an hour and 15 minutes for a knife to come out clean at 325 degrees. I can see why some people think it's too dry; the bread is very chewy and denser than other banana and zucchini breads I've had. Maybe too much flour? Not sure, but it's a good solid zucchini bread. I sprinkled turbinado sugar on top, just for fun.

I was looking for a different way to prepare asparagus than the usual and this fit the bill. I'm not a big fan of prosciutto right out of the package, but crisping it made better. Some of the asparagus where still crunchy so it wouldn't hurt to cook it a little longer I think. Overall, very yummy!

This was a delicious meal, but the mango marinade didn't really brown nicely on the chicken. I think in the future I may just grill the chicken in my usual way and add the mango sauce over the cooked chicken and rice. The corn salsa was awesome. I added some pineapple chunks on the side. The coconut and mango sauce was yummy with that as well.

I like these, but they were a lot crispier than I thought they would be, like halfway to a potato chip, and I even skipped the broiler. Next time I don't think I would cook them quite as long. They were very tasty with sour cream and salsa.

OH. MY.GOSH! these are good!! and so easy! I was a little intimidated about shaping the pretzels, but the dough is super easy to work with. I made these exactly as instructed, even buying the powdered milk, which I don't normally keep on hand. The only thing I was missing was the coarse salt - had to use regular salt. They turned out beautifully crispy on the outside and fluffy, yummy on the inside. The baking soda dunk seemed weird and I couldn't tell that it did anything, but it obviously did something to make these so delicious! Thank you so much for a great way to use my sourdough starter! I'll be making these often. Yum!
