  • Sauté onions and pepper, then place in a large bowl.

  • Cook chorizo until done, and add to onions and peppers

  • Heat up refried beans in the skillet, add can of Rotel and tomato sauce. Tear or cut up bacon strips and add to the skillet along with the chorizo, peppers and onions. Add chopped jalapeño, hot chilis and peppercinis. Heat through.

  • Cook two eggs to your preference

  • Place desired amount of tortilla chips on a plate, spoon mixture from the skillet on top. Add eggs, cheese, and hot sauce of your preference. Enjoy!
