Dough was hard to work, but it was worth the work.

I thought I had to go to banana bread recipe, until I tried this one! My previous recipe has been usurped. The moistness, the color, everything about this was appetizing. I did note that if I'm using larger bananas, I do need to extend the cooking time a little bit.
