I used celery salt instead of celery seed, because burgers always need some salt. I also added onion powder. I stuffed mine with American cheese, pickles and horseradish mustard. I sealed the patties up really well, but the condiments still leaked out all over the grill. They did taste good though.
This is a nice mix of ingredients! I needed more dressing though. I used 2 tablespoons of olive oil and added an extra tablespoon of vinegar. My store was out of red onions, so I had to use yellow. After refrigerating, I just added bottle Italian dressing to taste because it still needed more dressing for me.
This is a nice treat for leftover rice. It was too sweet for me even with cutting back a little on the sugar, but that's personal preference. I used half coconut sugar, which gave it a brown tint. I only used a pinch of salt instead of measuring.
Nice idea for a dip. I cut the sugar in half and still thought it was a bit sweet. I doubled the oregano. If I make it again, I would use half sour cream and half mayo. It seemed more like a salad dressing than a dip. It tastes good with veggies though.
These muffins turned out very nice, especially for having no oil or butter in them. They had a spongy, cake-like texture. It was a great way to use some mulberries from the backyard tree.
