Perfect as is. I stuck the cookies in the freezer for about 5 minutes when done and they popped out, no problem. DO NOT overfill the cups (make the alls too big) as it'll give you a 'cookie top' and while this still tastes great they break and are no longer pretty.
Great bread. I cut the mayo in half and added enough applesauce to equal the 1/2 cup total, and cut the sugar by a bit because of the sweetness of the applesauce. Delicious--I am always looking for a dairy free recipe.
It was yummy! I used 1/2 cup applesauce, 1/2 cup oil, and about a 1/4 cup less sugar (to compensate for the added sugar of the applesauce) and it was perfect.
I added some vanilla, and these were delicious. Watch how long you bake them, though--take them out right at 15 minutes or they quickly dry out on the bottom. I only like the muffin tops, though, so these are perfect!
