This recipe is excellent! I added mushrooms to the onions (used 2 onions) and it was so so good! Served with mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts. Definitely a keeper!
Really good dinner. It could use a little bit more sauce, but otherwise it’s great! I didn’t have croutons, so I used seasoned Panko breadcrumbs mixed with a little melted butter for the topcoat. The hubby and I both really enjoyed this! This is a keeper!
Really great recipe. Agree that it takes some time but it’s worth it. Nice to have such good flavors for chicken. Definitely recommend! I followed exactly except I didn’t have capers and I used boneless breasts that I pounded down to cook evenly. I made the granny’s cheesy potatoes and brussel sprouts with it! Hubby loved it too.
