Made this for family (parents, sister, husband, daughter) and there was maybe 1/2 cup left. Everyone loved it…which has never been said of any other slaw recipe I made in the past.
Only changes I made to this yummy recipe: did not add egg, added Parmesan cheese (1/4 c) to ricotta cheese, Used dried parsley as I forgot to buy fresh. Also used no-cook lasagna noodles to save time.
This recipe received Rave Reviews from my Family! I used unfiltered cider made with honey crisp apples and the flavor was outstanding. Will hold onto this one for another chilly night.
