I’m sorry, but these are just not very good. I followed the recipe on everything except for the vegetable oil - I used coconut oil instead. They came together fine, they baked fine, and they even looked pretty good when I took them out of the oven. And I know they are supposed to be healthy, but I’ve made plenty of healthy muffins that taste better than this. Three of my four kids think they’re ok, but they won’t be begging for me to make them again any time soon.

Banana bread has been tricky for me because it’s always so hard to get the middle to cook through without burning the edges. This one turned out perfectly. It’s moist without being mushy. The taste is spot on. My kids couldn’t get enough! This will be my go to recipe from now on.

These cookies turned out fabulous! So pretty and so tasty! I’m here to tell you though, that the dough DOES NOT NEED TO CHILL FOR FOUR HOURS. I didn’t have any time for chilling, but I tried them anyway. I stuck the dough in the freezer for 15 minutes because that’s all the time I had, and they baked perfectly. I also rolled them in granulated sugar simply because I was out of powdered sugar, and they tasted and looked divine. Everyone raved about them. I will try them in powdered sugar next time. These will be one of my go-to cookies from now on!

This is the perfect sugar cookie recipe! They come together quickly, taste wonderfully, and I love how quickly they bake! I did not care for the frosting. I will use this cookie recipe for all my cutout cookies from now on.
