Absolutely delicious. As others have said, it could have used a bit more jerk seasoning (we like it spicy) but the flavor balance was amazing. The only changes I made were to sub the red pepper for zucchini (it’s what I had on hand and I love it), yellow onion for red and dried jalapeño for fresh. Served with seasoned yellow rice. This is a keeper!!
Took the advice of other reviewers and added sesame oil (regular and a few drops of spicy), sesame seeds and rice wine vinegar. I also subbed ginger, garlic and onion powders with the minced versions of each. This was a great base recipe and easy to adjust to individual tastes.
This came out great! The whole family loved it. Followed the directions exactly except for a few minor adjustments: used a white onion instead of shallots, added a bit more wine and tossed in a handful of peas. We will definitely be making this one again.
