I made this as instructed. We found it a little bland, not much seasoning for flavor. The chicken should be seasoned before frying, the quick fry and the last saute before serving don't impart much flavor into the chicken in such short time.Lastly, after adding the fried chicken pieces to the wet ingredients, the chickens coating starts to come of rapidly, creating a mess of coatingin the bowl, Maybe a better method would be to thicken the sauce rather than coating the chicken
