I haven’t made lasagna in a long time. I will layer the lasagna with the noodles first for the next time so I can have more sauce on top. It was good.

First, I cooked the onions and added the spices. Then I added the potatoes. After letting the potatoes cooked for awhile, then I added the canned tomatoes with garlic and onions. It came out perfect. I microwave some Uncle Ben’s basmati rice and added it to the potatoes mixture. Wasn’t too spicy for me.

I put the chicken in the air fryer. If was ok, but I feel the seasonings were off a bit.

I made this on the stove. I didn’t put it in the oven at the end or use any shredded cheese. I did use all of the other ingredients. I liked it.

I made the 1 pot taco chili yesterday. It turned out delicious. I did add on chili powder and taco seasoning.

I made this on a rainy Sunday. I used a mild harissa paste. Recipe was easy to follow.
