I tried this for the first time yesterday and it was a HIT with my youngest (also the pickiest). The slices of butter on top helped my decision. mostly stuck to the recipe as written but I seasoned up and pan seared the chicken prior to adding. I look forward to making a few additional modifications (onions, diced mushrooms, broccoli, and cheddar) moving forward and may even top with some crackers or fried onions. Great simple recipe that I'll continue to use moving forward.

I added some garlic to the onions and seasoned the potatoes with a host of seasonings including dano's original.
