Mom's Kitchen

I use 4 cups of bisquick. Instead of rolling them out, I use an ice cream scoop to scoop them into the pan. Also, I melt the butter in the dish in the oven and drop the dough into the hot dish. I prefer a glass baking dish.

I have made this about 4 times in three weeks. My new favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe.
