Super easy, super tasty!

it was delicious but I made a few technique changes based on other reviews. I seared the meat and took it out of the pan while the sauce plus sliced mushrooms cooked. I also doubled the cream and broth. I added the meat back in until it was almost 145 degrees, removed it again then cooked down the sauce. My overall cooking time was longer but worth the wait!

I've made it twice. perfect every time!
