I love this recipe, especially that it uses whole spices rather than "a teaspoon of curry powder" making it much more authentic and richly flavored.

Excellent recipe; follow it to the letter and it will turn out wonderfully. It takes almost exactly 45 minutes to reach 250 degrees, so be patient.
