Made exactly as written and loved it! My only issue was I threw all of the zucchini slices in a bag with the bread crumb mixture so they didn’t come out evenly coated. Next time I would do half at a time.
These turned out amazing! I am 6 years old and I made these with some help. They were easy to make and yummy! We didn't have eggs so we substituted flax and water-worked
I don't know why but when mine came out of the oven it shrunk down so flat--not all puffed up like the other pics?? Also, the recipe didn't say to spray the baking pan so I didn't and it stuck to the pan terribly. So, next time I would do that for sure. It tasted pretty good so we're happy overall!
