I drained the cucumbers for about 2 hrs. through a coffee filter lined sieve and squeezed out excess moisture. Also I used dried mint. Used in pita pockets with rotisserie chicken. Will make again.

Followed the directions and ingredients exactly. This is delicious!

I peeled Granny Smith apples first (I don't tolerate them). Added chopped nuts. Wonderful flavors.

I made no changes in the ingredients but followed others advice and microwaved the jalapeños for one minute before stuffing. They are absolutely delicious!

I did not care for the butter. I left the grapefruit cut in half without removing the segments. I will make it again.

Turned out perfect. I beat the butter and peanut butter together until no butter visible. Then added all the confectioner's sugar until well incorporated and then the milk and beat for about 3 minutes. Served on a peanut butter cake.
