This was delicious. I made it in my ninja foodi. I seared the thighs in the foodi, then removed them. Scraped the bits loose, added the potatoes, sprinkled garlic powder and minced onion on them, and set the thighs on top of them. Had to add a little water (broth) into the ninja because liquid is required for operation.Only one pot to clean, easy-peasy!

I have made it as written which is pretty good this the 4-star rating. Here’s the changes I made which I prefer:

Love the molasses & coffee and spice combo! I made a few changes, mostly based on reviews of others: -increased the cinnamon and added ginger -omitted egg and added 1/4 c flour (I live at a higher altitude, so more flour is always helpful) -used parchment paper instead of greasing the pan -increased cooking time to about 18 minutes -added semi-sweet chocolate chips & walnuts
