Great keto recipe! It just says onion, use small to medium onion because I had a large one and it was a little much to help keep the patty together. I cooked the diced onion(you could microwave or sauté)unless you like crunchy onion in your patty. Also, I like easy recipes and it says 2 cups of sliced mushrooms, instead of having to measure I just used all the 16oz size and worked perfectly. It made 6 really nice sized patties.
