Admittedly, I use this for the base only. Which means, I really think the seasonings are spot on! I do use half mayo and half sour cream, then whisk the seasonings into that. Then I add the cooked and cooled pasta, the smoked and cooled chicken, and only grapes and celery. I skip all the other stuff. It's a really versatile recipe and I've made it numerous times!
Pretty good, but probably more time consuming than they're worth! Also, so much waste. I wasn't going to make these until I saw another reviewer say they peeled them first so they could use the scraps, that convinced me to do the same. This morning, I shredded the scraps and made amazing hash browns!
