This is my go to recipe for Caramel Corn. This reminds me of those shops you see in the mall and purchase those expensive bags or boxes full of yummy goodness. I have made this so much that it is super easy to double, triple, quadruple the batches and it works perfectly every time. Every year I am requested to make this at Christmas time for friends and family. This is a keeper people. Don’t pass this recipe by.

I seriously don't know how this doesn't have more reviews!!! I have eaten many clam chowders from different people and places and this is by far the best I have eaten. Also my father in law who is a clam chowder connoisseur said this is simply the best ever!!! This has been a staple of ours and has been a family favorite for a few years now. Well done!!! The hardest part about this is making sure that the grocery store has Leek soup mix. Often at times I can't seem to find it so when it's in stock at the store I make sure I grab at least 12 packages of it.

TRUE AUTHENTIC TASTE! If you are having a pot luck then make this the night before and allow for the flavors to marinate. The curry is the right amount of flavoring. Probably my favorite potato salad recipe!

I have made this recipe about 4 times so far since July (now Sept) and it hits the spot every time. I do add just a touch more cinnamon per our liking, but it is really good. Even my husband who hates applesauce eats it. One thing that I do change is to put it in the crock pot and double the batch. Set it on high and forget it. I do come back and stir it about once every hour but after 3 hours it is perfectly soft. After that I put it in my nutra bullet and blend the heck out of it. Smooth consistency and well worth the wait.

YES YES YES!!!! So much flavor was added to the corn. I was born and raised in the south and grew up on corn on the cob. I have never tasted corn so good as when I boiled my corn in this mixture. YOU CAN'T GO WRONG HERE!!!

YES YES YES!!!! Totally a hit. I work in a prison and we were having a pot luck. I wanted to make something that was portable enough that the officers could take it back to their housing units. This hit the spot. The right amount of heat and seasoning. I have made this at least 3 times since finding the recipe and have even used oyster crackers on a batch. Easiest snack to make and oh so good. :-) Thank you for sharing.
