Chocolate chip cookies, gotta love ‘em! These turned out good, I like them warm out of the oven.

I didn’t have asparagus on hand so I made it without. We loved this dish and will be making it again. It really is satisfying and enjoyable like it’s high carb sister. I added more cream until it got to the consistency I wanted. I think the kind of Parmesan used can make a difference on how sticky it is. Great recipe!

I liked how I could prep this ahead and throw on the grill with the steaks. It added a little extra touch to the meal and an easy way to do surf and turf. I used passel instead of rosemary and it had great flavor. You can reduce the butter mixture, because you will not use it all or use the extra for another meal.

These sausage cups are great appetizers. I made half the batch with sweet Hawaiian crescent rolls. The sweet were my favorite. But, not a huge difference in taste. I had leftover filling. So, grab an extra package of crescent to finish the filling. I used a cookie scoop and they were very easy to fill.

I am very impressed with the Impossible Burger as the "meat" in this recipe. The filling for the taco is seasoned nicely and can be used for any mexican style meal. I would definitely recommend this if you are looking for a vegetarian option.
