I used broth instead of water. I also used about a half cup more cauliflower and I ended up needing more broth to get it to a better consistency. I also added chopped spinach and mushrooms, and added a little Greek seasoning and a dash of cajun seasoning as well as a half clove of fresh garlic, crushed. I used a high quality sharp cheddar and another 1/4 cup at least freshly grated parmesan. This soup is delicious!

Tried this recipe for pumpkin pie-this may work better for a two crust pie but for a pumpkin pie it shrunk, pooled butter around edges and didn't cook properly on bottom. I keep rethinking how I made it and maybe I did something wrong before but I wouldn't try this again.
