Yum. I did it stir fry style. Crunchy and not mushy

I like the concept. I feel that the zucchini needs to be seasoned also, not just stuffed. I will also use more tomatoes next time for added moisture and flavor.

These are time consuming to make, nut oh so good. Next time I am going to use spicier sausage.

Very flavorful. I accidentally bought crescent rolls instead if biscuits. They were still good. I added some seasoned salt to the eggs before adding to the sausage mixture.
