Delicious!!! Used apple cider vinegar for white as that was what I had. Will definitely make again.

I have made this twice. The first was as written, and was just average. This time I cut butter in half, used 2 - 15oz cans of peaches, one drained. I added a crumb topping as one reader suggested... The other 1/2 stick butter (softened), 1 tsp cinnamon, 3 Tbsp brown sugar, 3 Tbsp quick cook oatmeal my whole mixed together and crumbled over the top. 50 min. SO delicious!!!

Exceptional!!! It is not 4 servings for us (2 people) ... So double it. Leftover potato mixture should be covered in the fridge not air tight as it sweats.

Loved it! A little heavy on onions for me. A 5 1/2 lb chicken fed 2 men and 2 women.

I enjoyed this recipe a lot, but definitely didn't come out stiff enough for sandwiches. I suspect the bbq sauce may not have been as thick as some other brands and was suspect of only 1/2c of oatmeal. I will increase this next time for a stiffer meatloaf.
