Outstanding! I used a 1/3 of a pork tenderloin I had smoked on my Traeger & 1/2 # of andouille sausage. It turned put great! Next time I'll add more cayenne, we like it spicy, along with some more Lousianna hot sauce.
Everyone loved this! I only did a turkey breast to try it out & also made a 12# traditonal tuKrey. This one was such a hit, next year I'll switch & do my whole turkey this way.
Great recipe! Turned out perfect!. I halved it since there were only 2 of us & still it made plenty. I little oily. Next time I'm only going to use a pat of butter & enough mayo to get the parm to stick together, save on some calories too! Also, I added more than a dash of hot sauce, yum! Turned mixture pink tho.
