This is a marvelous recipe! I have made it twice and we love it! The first time I didn't have ricotta cheese but it was still great! The next time I did add it and it was wonderful! Thank you for posting and I'm so glad I found this recipe.

I made this for my daughter-in-law after she had 3 wisdom teeth pulled and couldn't chew. She loved it! Made her painful day brighter. I didn't change anything except a cut it down because my squash was small. Thanks so much!

I made a smaller batch but this is a very good recipe. I will be making some more tomorrow!!

Definitely a keeper!! A great way to make corn that's a little different .

I wanted to make this but had no leftover meat. I chopped the chicken and cooked it with the garlic and followed the rest of the recipe. It was wonderful and creamy! Will definitely make again!

I thought this sounded so good that I made it tonight, even though I didn't have some ingredients. It was great!! I didn't have sesame oil so used olive oil, and didn't have the pine nuts (which sounds yummy) but I followed the rest of the recipe. I did serve it with noodles and we loved it!
