I used our Thanksgiving Turkey leftovers for this soup and my husband went absolutely insane over it. I pretty much followed the ingredients exactly only I needed more of everything since I used more vegetables and all of the meat we had left. I added a touch of celery salt as well. This was the best soup my husband has ever had, according to him!
