Tasted great! Husband & I both enjoyed.My tomato plants are dormant now due to extreme heat but I can't wait to do this again with fresh tomatoes!Our definitions of large must differ. I used 3 lg store bought and that was plenty. Otherwise I stuck to the recipe.Husband did say he would have said no way if I told him about it prior to making! He loved it.

Cooking technique is good. Steak was very tender. Needs more seasoning; very bland and I was generous with salt pepper on cubed steak and garlic in the flour.

Very good! I gave 4 stars because of additions I made. I added 1/2 copied onion and 1/ 2 green bell pepper. I didn't have cheddar cheese so used mozzarella. We sprinkled Chalulu when plating.

Only change was I only used 1 T Herbes de Provence along with red pepper since I did not rosemary. Oops I also added water to liking as suggested by author of recipe. One of the best stew recipes I used.

I have made per recipe many times and only added seasonings and a little bit of water to create steam. I've also added brussel sprouts several times. I blanch them first. Thanks for a great foundation recipe.

Prepared as written. Marinated chicken 3 hours. That and relish was bland. I won't cook chicken again. Relish is a maybe by substituting parsley with cilantro, adding tomatoes, salt, and pepper.
