Trying this as a gluten free alternative, I used hoisin and gluten free soy, gluten free oyster sauce a dry red wine and ginger powder. Will update if it needs to be tweaked. I will be using gluten free rice ramen noodles for the noodle part

It was super easy to make! I used canned whole salmon and pulled the center bones out. I used a touch more mayonnaise and a touch more panko (( gluten free plain)) I used a half chopped vidalia onion and used 1 an a half teaspoon of Pickle juice as I didn’t have crush dried dill… it made 5 burgers

It was good! But the chops were from a very big lamb lol so I think I’ll do it with less panko and same amount of mustard. Maybe sear it a little longer than 2 minutes on fat side to render more fat. But all in all very tasty BTW My first time cooking lamb chops.
