I have a big family, so I used 10 peaches but kept the amount of sugar as written. I doubled the topping as others suggested and baked 20 minutes, then covered loosely with foil and baked another 10 minutes. It turned out great and so delicious, tangy, sweet, and good crunch from the topping!
