Delicious, fresh salad. I love the blend of the avocado and tomato, with some zest from the onion.

I didn't have any peas, but followed the rest of the recipe and it came out delicious! Great dish and I will make this again. Here's a pic I took of it.

Great flavoer.. I used a spicy Thai curry and it was not too spicy. Amount of water needs to be doubled (2 or 2.5 cups of water for 1 cup rice).

This is a delicious recipe! Rice came out perfect. Of course I modified a bit... used beef broth instead of chicken. And I added some diced up chipotle peppers in adobo sauce. This is a keeper!

Great recipe for the perfect, traditional dish.
