I've always been afraid to make crepes but this recipe was easy to follow. Crepes turned out perfectly and we're delicious!My family thinks I'm a chef now!
First time I ever made frosting. Recipe was easy to follow and icing tastes great my husband and I both enjoyed it. Used regular 2% milk and it turned out fine. There was a lot of icing left over for another cake.
The cookies turned out great! I added two teaspoons of vanilla extract. Also, once cooled I dipped the cookies in melted chocolate which made them extremely rich......but who doesn't like chocolate!! I will definitely make it again.
Made it exactly as set out in the recipe with the exception of the zucchini I added 4 cups. I got raving reviews from all of my coworkers. I am planning on making it again for the family. So the fact that I'm making it twice in one week should tell you how yummy it is! It was nice and moist and the walnuts added some nice texture.
I made this recipe for a family picnic and everyone loved it. Lets just say I should have taken a picture as soon as it was made as there were no sandwiches left for my picture!
