This is the easiest and tastiest banana bread I’ve ever made. I added a tsp of vanilla and a little bit of cinnamon and reduced the sugar but sprinkled a little bit on the top. It was delicious. My kids had fun helping me make it. They loved it and my husband said it was perfect.
I made this today and it was awesome! I for 8 servings and used a little less broth than on the recipe; I also used chicken broth instead of vegetable broth and pinto beans instead of the northern beans because that all I had. It came out great!
