Pretty hard to ness up a baked potato. The Time and temps are guides. I find using a temperature probe much easy than opening the oven and sticking a fork or a probe in the spud. Either 300 or 350 will be okay. Just get the internal temp of the spud to 210 degrees F. Enjoy. I wrap my spuds in tinfoil. Cook as well and seem to hold in the heat for awhile longer.
Super fast and easy. Taste great. Cook times are too long so check on them about halfway through to keep from turning them into nuggets of charcoal.
