I had never made hollandaise before trying this recipe, but now this recipe is a staple in our house! Super easy and delicious!

I wanted a change from the usual Mexican Rice recipe I use from this site, and this was great! This is an excellent side dish. I added diced carrots and peas like the restaurants do, and served it alongside chicken enchiladas. Everyone loved it. Definitely a keeper!

This has become a family favorite. I use dried red beans instead of kidney beans as we prefer the taste and texture. I usually add more cayenne as we like spice, and I don't add the sage as it's not something I usually have on hand. This recipe works great in my Instant Pot when I don't make it on the stove. Definitely a keeper!

This was great! I steamed the halibut in my bamboo steamer for about 12 minutes, then mixed the sauces and oils together and poured them over the fish, instead of heating the oil separately. I covered it again and let it steam for another 2 minutes. Served with rice and sauteed ong choy with shiitake mushrooms. Everyone asked for seconds! Definitely making this again!

This was a hit in our house. We aren't big fans of nuts in banana bread so I just left them out. My kids even asked me to pack this in their lunch! A keeper!
