Bombastic! So flavourful and aromatic! I did not have a slow cooker, but pre prepared all ingredients before putting them in the big pot. Fried the onions, fresh garlic and fresh ginger). Fried thin slices of carrot separately. I highly recommend adding cashew nuts! They blend in amazingly!

It was super delicious, but i had a problem with the liquid. In 30 min after the beef etc were added the soup became too thick and started sticking to the pan, so that i had to add water twice. Also added cumin which i love.

It is good, but a bit dry. As someone already noted in the previous reviews, stock is missing. Also added bell pepper which made it simply amazing.

Superb, but needs adjustments. This is a great basic recipe, but i succeeded only thanks to all the reviews here. 1. Precook the rice, otherwise it gets mashy 2. Cook eggs separately. Just whisk them in a bowl, heat oil in a skillet and pour them and cover. I flipped the omelete and cooked both sides. Then transfered to paper towel to get rid of excess oil. Then cut in strips. 3. Garlic and ginger fried a bit in oil, then bell pepper added and almost immediately the carrots and peas. Turned out really great!
