Easy recipe to make and change. I halved the recipe just incase I ruined the bread. I even risked it by making it wholesome by adding wheat flour and ground flaxseed. I did increase the water by 1/2 cup to compensate for the flaxseed. I let it rise 1 1/2 hrs, then another 30 mins in the pan. Put it in a 425 oven for 5 mins then reduced temp to 350 and baked for 35 mins. It turned out delicous! Will definitely keep making this recipe. Next I will try a cinnamon raisin version. YUM!
