I make this recipe for breakfast on St. Patrick's day. I half the recipe for one loaf and use Greek yogurt in place of the sour cream. Amazing!

Modified based on reviews: Cut sugar to 1 tab. Replaced garlic salt with: 1 tsp salt and a pinch of black pepper. Added 1 tab Italian seasoning, 2 garlic cloves, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, and 1 pinch red pepper flakes. Leave other ingredients the same. Don’t forget to purée through blender once done for smooth sauce.

I made these beans and they were great! I made half the recipe and used 1 teaspoon minced garlic, sautéing lightly, for like 1 minute. I didn’t drain the beans, I just dumped them by themselves with 1/2 teaspoon each of salt, cumin and chili powder. They are very flavorful and perfect for my family members because it is not spicy. 5 minutes was enough to meld all flavors. They mashed beautifully and thickened in their own. I won’t be buying refried beans anymore.

Great cookie. Consistent results every time. Make sure to set butter out to get soft at room temperature. Bakes well, flattens perfectly and browns beautifully. I do add slightly more salt because the dough is a tad sweet for me.

Very good! Used herbs de Provence of herbs in recipe. Also, matched the amount of bullion with the amount of liquid prescribed in bouillon package. If you replace some of the water with sherry wine, it kicks it up a notch!
