I tripled the recipe and made three full size pies for the family. I added some potato to the mix in addition to what was listed in the recipe. I was expecting to like this, but was very surprised at the flavor. My entire family loved this. This will be my go to recipe for future pot pie meals.

I was pleasantly surprised by the taste of these. These will be my "go to" corn muffins from here forward. They are so easy and quick to whip up.

This is very good over tostadas, on tacos, and in burritos. I will definitely be making this regularly.

I made this recipe exactly like it is written by the author. The pork was very tender and tasty. The pork goes well in burrito tortillas, in taco shells, on tostadas, etc.

This cake tastes just like what I remember my mother making while growing up. I use homemade Richmond frosting as the topping. very good cake.
