Great!! Healthy, tasty and easy. I followed directions exactly and wouldn’t change a thing. I will make it again.

Good recipe. Chilli oil is a must, and add water to the broth if too salty for you. (It was for me). I added rice noodles and it tasted like a Pho noodle soup. Delicious. This is a light meatball with lighter texture and some crunch. Don’t expect an Italian style meatball when making this. It’s an Asian style meatball.

I’ve made these about a billion times, to rave reviews. The one thing I do specifically is to use a hand blender on the marinade to emulsify it (make it thick like mayonnaise). That keeps a nice amount on the kabobs while grilling and makes for an extra juicy and flavorful kabob-o-palooza.

WARNING: adjusting the serving size does not work correctly on this recipe. I adjusted the recipe to 12 instead of 24 and some ingredients reduced by 75%, some by 50% and some not at all. I caught it after kneading the dough, so I could still fix it. I found that half a recipe made about 15 good sized delicious cinnamon rolls. This recipe is a outstanding.
